Once completed On-line, each person will receive a personalized "Stress Risk" Assessment and Report. In addition, the company will be able to obtain a de-identified summary of a group, division or section with the confidentiality of the individual being maintained. At no time will we provide the names or identity of a person’s individual SMQ results. Thus, while we will preserve the person's individual rights, managers, health professionals and trainers will have an aggregated assessment for program planning and implementation.
