Participants will learn in a fun, yet informative atmosphere, the skills necessary to master stress even in the face of deadlines, patient demands, angry staff, upset doctors and administrative challenges. Through group training exercises, demonstrations, presentations and self-discovery, each person will be able to apply the knowledge and skills learned to their daily work and home life. With these skills, patients, as well as health care professionals, will be able to reduce and master stress for improved health and productivity.
